If you have CUSTOMER CARD of "Sjuzanna" shopping center and would like to know its balance? Then this section is for you!

LOYALTY PROGRAM

  • The CUSTOMER CARD can be received by any person who has reached the age of 18.
  • Only one card can be registered by one person, and its transfer to other persons is not allowed.
  • The first registration of the amount activates the card for 10 years.
  • The card provides the following benefits:

- You can receive savings for each purchase and pay for them for future purchases

- A savings is awarded for every 1.00 euros spent. Depending on the level of accrual, the following accrual interest from the purchase amount is granted:

 

  • CUSTOMER CARD and LOYALTY PROGRAM apply only to purchases made in the Shopping Center "Sjuzanna" at 29 Dārzu Street, Rezekne. The customer card is not valid for purchases in the "Suzanna" online store.
  • Savings can be used to pay for all or part of future purchases.
  • Savings can be checked in the shopping center at the terminal at the cash desk and on the website www.sjuzanna.lv
  • Benefits can only be received if the card is registered and presented to the cashier before making a purchase.
  • To register the card, you must fill in a questionnaire and submit it to the cashier.
  • By submitting the questionnaire, the user can immediately take advantage of the program. The data will be registered within 10 days.
  • In case of loss of the card, it can be blocked by calling the program information phone +37124667788 or visiting the Shopping Center "Sjuzanna" and informing the cashier. It is possible to receive a new card in the Shopping Center "Sjuzanna" by paying the issuance fee. Points are transferred within 14 days, of which a notification will be sent to the e-mail specified in the questionnaire.
  • Shopping center "Sjuzanna" reserves the right to make changes in the program, informing the CUSTOMER 30 days in advance.
