REZEKNE COUNTY YOUTH DAY 2019
For the 3rd year in a row, S/C "Sjuzanna" continues to support the youth of Rēzekne region in one great event "Rēzekne region youth day 2019", which took place on June 19 in Sprūževa, Griškāni parish. This event was marked by various sports and fun activities, which for the first time included " S/C" Sjuzanna "fashion and style erudition game", in which Rēzekne region youth centers and the most active young people from almost all Rēzekne region parishes and parish associations actively participated. The start was given from noon and the event lasted until the evening, when the best teams in both the overall rating and individual disciplines were awarded, as well as the best young people who participated in individual competitions were welcomed. The young people of Feimaņi youth center "Kastanis" became the best in the team competition, ahead of the young people of Sakstagala and Nautrēni parishes. In total, young people participated in 10 team competitions and 5 individual competitions. The most attractive of the team competitions are the game "Blind Penalty", "Red Cross Point", "Climb in the Himalayas", "Harvest", "Grishan Leader", "Minefield", "Sunstroke", "Robin Hood", "Krestiki- noliki" and "Bubble Football", as well as in the individual competitions "Darts", "Shot with a pneumatic rifle" and "Sleeping for 1 minute and 77 seconds". Along with the competition, each young person and visitor of the event also had the opportunity to taste fresh and tasty pancakes made on site, cool off with cold soup in the summer heat, as well as try the art of "henna" painting and the great printing possibilities of screen printing.
